Graphel Corporation is here to serve you and meet your EDM needs. Since 1965, we have been the leader in the EDM Electrode fabrication industry. We are dedicated primarily, but not exclusively, to aerospace and power generation with over 40 years experience machining consigned jet engine hardware as well as designing and building fixturing primarily for EDM. We have 30,000 square feet of manufacturing area with more than 75 manufacturing specialists.

Graphel Corporation is the only U.S. electrode manufacturer that is ISO-9001:2008 Certified.  We are also AS-9100 certified, NADCAP certified, and work to S-422 EDM Specifications. Because of our quality record, Graphel Corporation enjoys being on a "Vendor Release Program" with many of our customers. This means our products bypass incoming inspection and are delivered directly to the production floor.  Graphel Corporation manufactures most of the EDM Electrodes used in the United States for aircraft engine manufacturing, both new make and rebuild. Our customer base extends from Europe through North and South America and into Asia.  And, in addition to our quality certifications, we are ITARS registered.
