We can handle any size order from pallets of full graphite blocks to custom ground or sanded pieces for your machining requirements. POCO graphite is known as premium finishing electrode material and comes in 4 primary grades. The grades; Astrofine class, Ultrafine class, Superfine class, and Fine class; each have a variety of particle sizes, flexural strengths, densities, hardness, and electrical resistivity. Poco graphites are perfect for a detailed finish, especially on aerospace alloys and titanium. Large blow molds, wire cutting, and medical applications are all areas in which POCO graphite excels.

We also supply roughing or semi-finishing electrode graphite. These grades vary in density, hardness, flexural strength, resistivity, grain size, and wire cutting ability. These grades are well suited to forging dies, making die casts, or creating center or power metal molds.
