Small Hole EDM applications vary from starter holes for Wire EDM parts, cooling holes for
aircraft parts, to part manufacturing with small diameter hole requirements. Graphel's Machining
services can EDM holes from .013" in diameter up to .125" diameter using fast hole driller
technology. Larger diameter holes can be EDMed using wire or sinker EDM technology.
Typical Small Hole EDM applications include:
